Rengan is an expert in Polymers, Adhesives, and Coatings for Industrial Packaging. He has had a distinguished career of 25+ years at Tyco Plastics and Adhesives, Sealed Air, Polaroid, Corning, Inc. and GenCorp. He holds 16 US patents, has published numerous industry papers, and is credited with development of a dozen new products in the packaging and plastics industries. He received his PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

With over 25 years in pharmaceutical marketing, business development and operations, and experience leading and managing a variety of successful small and large companies, Melinda Lindquist has experience positioning and growing businesses to achieve strong financial results. Most recently Melinda held positions as President of InforMEDical Communications and Vice President of Pri-Med. She received her Masters degree in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School.

Tsuyoshi Taira is the CEO of Tazan International Inc., a Venture Capital and Management Consultancy Firm. Mr. Taira has been involved with a number of Silicon Valley startup companies as founding investor/director including Atmel Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ATML), Pico Power Technology Inc.(acquired by Cirrus Logic), Junglee Corporation (acquired by Amazon.com), Armedia (acquired by Broadcom), Apptivity (acquired by Progress Software, and many others. He has been instrumental in providing seed stage financing, management and marketing advice, especially for the Far Eastern market.

Currently he serves on the boards of Silicon Storage Technology Inc. (flash memory company), Mino Wireless (mobile wireless), Xcidia Inc. (gift e-commerce), HCD corporation (IC connectors), and Keizai Society. In addition, he is on the advisory board of Reveo (Revolutionary Electro Optics Technology Company) and several other companies. Previously, Mr. Taira was Chairman of Sanyo Semiconductor directing Sanyo’s US marketing strategy. Most of his career was spent at Sanyo Corporation except for five years when he worked at Fairchild Semiconductor. Mr. Taira graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan University with a BSEE. He also received an Honorary Doctor of Humanities from Newport Asia Pacific University in March 2000.

Raised in the Capital Region, Clayton did his undergraduate at Hamilton College in Central NY. After years of advance education in Asia, earning a Masters degree at Nagasaki University and a PhD at Tokyo University, Clayton's focus turned to finance and investment. Experiencing the growth and evolution in Japan's bubble market and later in the Emerging markets he crossed from equity research to sales to the global investment community. He then moved to the Venture Capital world working with SOFTBANK's worldwide VC network for a number of years.

After consulting for funds in the US, Japan and the UK, Clayton most recently ran the Asian office for NYS’s ESDC in Tokyo introducing NYS companies to sales opportunities in Japan and Korea and introducing Japanese companies to strategic opportunities in NYS. Clayton is currently the Director of Business Development for NYSTAR, New York State’s Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation as well as the Managing Director of it’s Small Business Technology Investment Fund.

A dynamic leader and accomplished executive, Bob Chatterjee has been leading businesses for over twenty years in corporate, start-up and turn around environments. Prior to GXT Green, Bob has held senior management and executive positions for a notable list of public and private companies such as President & CEO of a Financial Services company.

Managing Partner of a Business & Executive coaching firm, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations of a Global Information Technology company and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales of an International electronics manufacturing company. Bob has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with majors in Accounting, Economics, and Marketing, graduating with honors from Delhi University.

David Abbott Fisher spent a career in corporate law, investment banking and investment management. He has co-founded a number of small businesses operating in diverse fields.

Bob has specialized in strategic investment management with over 40 years of advising public and private companies. His extensive experience includes roles as President of Financial Management Group and as Partner of Harvard Management Company which manages the Harvard Endowment. Bob is a former management consultant with Arthur D. Little and held executive and management positions in consulting and managing at The Boston Company and Whitman and Co.

He served as an engineer Hewlett-Packard in the Research and Development and Manufacturing. Bob received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering from MIT and an MSA degree in accounting and finance from Bentley University. He has been a member of the World Affairs Council.

Donald E. Pogorzelski brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing, operations, and general management. He is currently the founding President and CEO of Volitylix, Inc., a Cambridge healthcare start. Previously, he worked with Genzyme Diagnostics, for five years as its President. In this role, he orchestrated its sale to Sekisui Diagnostics, leaving the new entity.

He then worked for a Portland, Oregon start up, Molecular MD, as Executive Vice President, General Manager, working with the founder of Genzyme. He established their Next-Generation Sequencing business in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Pogorzelski earned a B.S. in Biology at Loyola of Chicago and M.B.A. at the University of Chicago.

Tom Reilly is the CEO and Managing Partner at Fernwood Investment Management, LLC., an SEC-registered independent investment management firm. Tom has 38 years of experience in investment management and financial services. Mr. Reilly founded Fernwood Investment Management in 2003 and is responsible for portfolio management and the strategic direction of the firm's operations and investments. Before establishing Fernwood, he held positions at Bainco International Investors and spent 22 years at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Reilly holds a Series 65 license for investment advisement and an insurance license. He has served on the Boston College Investment Advisory Council and as a member of the Regis College Board of Trustees. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Boston College. He is also a Board Member of The Melanoma Foundation of New England and Connected Living, Inc.
